About the Role:

NoLimitNodes.com is looking for a results-driven International Web3 Community & Partnerships Executive to build and grow our global presence across Web3, blockchain, and developer communities.

The role focuses on managing international communities, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting NoLimitNodes' blockchain infrastructure and data offerings to a global audience. You will engage with developers, blockchain projects, ecosystem participants, and potential customers across international markets.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-connected within online Web3 communities, and capable of building meaningful relationships that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities1. Global Community Management

- Manage and grow NoLimitNodes' communities across Discord, Reddit, X, Telegram, and other relevant international platforms.
- Engage with global Web3, Solana, blockchain, and developer communities.
- Respond to questions, share product information, and facilitate meaningful discussions.
- Identify relevant international communities and platforms for audience engagement.
- Build relationships with developers, blockchain projects, traders, and infrastructure users worldwide.

1. International Community Partnerships

- Identify and establish partnerships with global Web3 communities, developer groups, blockchain projects, and ecosystem organizations.
- Build relationships with international community admins, moderators, founders, and ecosystem leaders.
- Develop collaborations such as AMAs, technical sessions, community events, co-marketing, and educational initiatives.
- Explore partnerships with communities across North America, Europe, Asia, and other relevant global markets.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and track partnership outcomes.

1. Product Promotion & Adoption

- Promote NoLimitNodes' RPC, real-time blockchain data,



and infrastructure offerings through relevant international communities.
- Communicate product features, use cases, and technical benefits clearly and accurately.
- Identify qualified international leads and potential customers through community engagement.
- Execute community-led product promotion, launches, and awareness campaigns.
- Encourage product trials, sign-ups, and adoption through relevant community activities.
- Ensure promotions are transparent, useful, and compliant with community guidelines.

1. Community Content & Campaigns

- Create and publish community-focused content, including product announcements, discussion posts, educational content, and updates.
- Organize international AMAs, technical workshops, and community engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to produce developer-focused content.
- Adapt messaging to different international audiences and community cultures.

1. Monitoring & Reporting

- Track community growth, engagement, partnerships, and qualified leads by platform and market.
- Monitor global Web3 ecosystem developments and competitor community activities.
- Prepare regular reports on community performance and product promotion.
- Collect feedback from international users and share insights with the product team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in international community management, partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Discord, Reddit, X, Telegram, or similar platforms.
- Experience building relationships with global online communities or ecosystem groups.
- Solid English communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, Solana, RPC infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
- Experience in community-led growth, lead generation, or partnership marketing is preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with international audiences and time zones.
