What you will do

Content Evaluation &

- Safety Assessment

- Review and evaluate video search results for relevance, accuracy, and appropriateness across diverse user demographics
- Identify videos that are misleading, offensive, upsetting, or potentially harmful to specific user segments (e.g., children, vulnerable populations, specific cultural groups)
- Assess whether sensitive or offensive content should be surfaced, hidden, or flagged based on context (e.g., distinguishing between historically/educationally valuable content vs. gratuitously harmful material)
- Apply consistent judgment to nuanced, ambiguous cases where content may be acceptable in one context but inappropriate in another

Content Quality &
- Relevance Rating

- Rate video search results against predefined rubrics and safety guidelines, evaluating factors such as:
- Relevance to the search query
- Factual accuracy of video titles and descriptions
- Appropriateness for the intended audience
- Presence of misleading or sensationalized claims
- Document your evaluation rationale clearly to inform product improvements and help the platform understand content patterns

Join our team today and start putting your skills to work for one of the world's leading online video-sharing platforms. The estimated hourly earnings for this role are 3.50 USD. Payment is based on completed tasks, with the potential for higher earnings based on productivity.

No previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement.

Basic Requirements

- Working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in Punjabi &
- English
- Being a resident in India for the last 3 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in India
- Having an understanding of various social media environments and dynamics,



including memes, virality, and other trends
- Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media and experience in use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
- Daily access to a broadband internet connection and a personal computer with antivirus software to work on.

Qualification path Assessment In order to be hired into the program, you’ll take a Punjabi language test and an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. Don’t worry, our team will provide you with guidelines and learning materials before your exam. You will be required to complete the exam in a specific timeframe but at your convenience!
