Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through International Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

- Identify opportunities and perform upselling/cross-selling

- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and meet process KPIs

Eligibility:

- Graduate / UG candidates

- Minimum 12 months of International Voice BPO experience

- Experience in Customer Service + Sales/Upselling preferred

- B2H-level English communication skills required

- Good customer handling and convincing skills

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Work Details:

- Location: Noida Sector 81

- 5 Days Working

- Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Salary:

- 12–17 months experience: 24,000 In-Hand

- After Training: 28,000 In-Hand

- 18+ months experience: 30,000 In-Hand

- After Training: 32,000 In-Hand

- Incentives up to 50,000–60,000

Mandatory: International Voice BPO experience with positive communication skills.
