We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice
Process with a leading organization.
Position: International Voice Process Customer Support
Experience: Minimum 1 Year International Voice Process / Calling Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate / UG
CTC: Up to 4.7 LPA
Work Location: HITECH CITY, Hyderabad
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Transportation: 2WAYS Cab Facility Available
Cab Radius: Transportation support within approximately 25 km from the work location
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Any Graduate from a recognized university OR UG
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process / International Calling experience
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Positive listening and comprehension abilities
- Experience in international customer service / voice support preferred
- Candidates who have worked with international customers are encouraged to apply
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
