About the Role

C3S Business School is looking for an experienced International SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility and qualified student lead generation across global markets. The role combines international SEO strategy, technical SEO, country-level opportunity analysis, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), semantic SEO and AI-search visibility.

The successful candidate will identify markets where C3S Business School has search demand but limited organic visibility, then build and execute measurable plans to improve rankings, traffic, enquiries and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

International SEO Strategy

- Develop and execute international SEO strategies across multiple countries and regions.
- Identify countries where C3S Business School has strong search demand but limited organic traffic, rankings or enquiries.
- Conduct country-level keyword research, SERP analysis and opportunity sizing.
- Build country-specific SEO plans based on search behaviour, competition, demand and conversion potential.
- Analyse international competitors in higher education, business schools and student recruitment.
- Identify keyword gaps, content gaps, authority gaps, internal-linking gaps and backlink gaps.
- Prioritise opportunities by commercial value, search intent, ranking difficulty and expected lead impact.

Technical SEO

- Conduct recurring technical SEO audits and maintain a prioritised implementation roadmap.
- Monitor crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, duplicate content and website architecture.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile SEO,



structured data, XML sitemaps and robots.txt configuration.
- Review internal linking, pagination, indexation signals and template-level technical issues.
- Work closely with developers to define, test and validate technical SEO fixes.
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and relevant webmaster or SEO platforms for anomalies and opportunities.

AEO - Answer Engine Optimisation

- Optimise content for featured snippets, People Also Ask results and conversational search experiences.
- Develop question-led content, FAQ frameworks and concise answer structures for prospective students.
- Implement and improve relevant schema markup and structured data.
- Map high-intent questions across programme discovery, fees, admissions, eligibility, careers and studying in Barcelona.

Required Skills

- Advanced International SEO and technical SEO.
- Keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor analysis.
- AEO, GEO, semantic SEO and AI-search optimisation.
- Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO reporting.
- Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent tools.
- Schema markup, internal linking and technical auditing.
- SEO content strategy and conversion-focused organic growth.

Required Experience

- 4-7 years of professional SEO experience with evidence of measurable organic growth.
- Robust experience managing international or multi-country SEO campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience improving organic traffic, rankings and leads.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to work with development teams.
- Good understanding of emerging AI-driven search behaviour and generative search.
- Ability to independently analyse data, prioritise work and build action plans.
