Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented International Sales Executive to handle leads and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience dealing with international clients, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential international clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales,



tele-sales, or international sales.
- Previous experience handling international clients is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
