nupGrad GSP connects recruitment partners with global institutions to help students access international education. Our platform gives partners the tools to manage applications and track progress, while institutions get full visibility into the admissions journey.

nRole Overview

nYou'll drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). You'll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad's Global Student Program.

nWhat You'll Do

nPartner Onboarding

- Identify and onboard recent recruitment partners and education consultants
n
- Vet partners through due diligence and documentation checks
n
- Build a compliant, high-performing partner network
n

nRelationship Management

n

n
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
n
- Run regular performance reviews and training sessions
n




- Track partner-led recruitment pipelines
n

nPartner & Student Support

n

n
- Help partners with counselling guidance and application reviews
n
- Ensure accurate, compliant communication with students
n
- Coordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and Operations
n
- Resolve partner and application escalations
n

nMarket Intelligence

n

n
- Monitor market trends, visa policies, and competitor activity
n
- Share insights to improve partner productivity and conversions
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
- 3–6 years in international student recruitment, overseas education, or B2B education partnerships
n
- Experience managing recruitment partners or agent networks
n
- Strong grasp of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rules
n
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven role
n
- Willing to travel across Maharashtra and other assigned regions
n

nEducation

nBachelor's degree required; MBA/postgraduate degree preferred.
