Accelon Technologies, an SAP Gold Partner, is expanding its international sales team and looking for an experienced International Sales / Business Development professional to drive growth across the USA and global markets.

Role & responsibilities :

- Drive B2B sales across the USA and international markets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations and online demos
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business owners and decision-makers
- Work with prospects to understand their ERP and business transformation requirements
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales and consulting teams to deliver effective solutions

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
- Experience selling to USA / North America / international customers




- Robust experience in lead generation, cold calling and outbound sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Comfortable interacting with CXO-level decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management
- IT / SaaS / ERP / Technology sales experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work according to USA business hours The role will follow a hybrid working schedule. For the initial 6 months, the shift timings will be:

- 1:00 PM 6:30 PM: Work from office
- 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM: Work from home
