International Freelance Recruiter (WFH)

Job Type: Freelance / Contract Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring International Freelance Recruiters with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in international recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for global hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for international job openings using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements




- Minimum 6 months of experience in international freelance recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection.
