Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide support related to accounts, billing, orders, services, and general customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Location: Manyata Tech Park / Bellandur / Whitefield, Bengaluru (Work from Office) Salary: 3.2 LPA 7 LPA + Shift Allowance + Incentives

Shift: UK / US Rotational Shift

Eligibility

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
