The International Business Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for leading and expanding BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE’s international business initiatives. This role oversees the development and execution of cross-border business strategies, including market entry plans, global partnerships, and international client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities in international markets, coordinating with legal teams on international transactions, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and legal risk management.

Director will also lead and mentor a team, collaborate with senior leadership on revenue growth targets, and represent the firm at international events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

Company Description

BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a Corporate LegalTech and legal-management organization working alongside the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an international platform connecting corporate legal management, investment relationships, project finance, strategic acquisitions and business expansion.

As part of its Dubai development strategy, BLACKBULL is seeking an experienced International Business Director – Fundraising & Project Investment who can build institutional relationships in the UAE and international markets while arranging capital for eligible Indian businesses and projects.

The position will be based and managed from Dubai, with the principal financing opportunities originating from India.

Role Objective The International Business Director will be responsible for developing a professional India–UAE fundraising channel through relationships with investors, family offices,



private-credit providers, financial institutions, investment companies, strategic corporate partners and other eligible capital providers.

The primary objective is to originate, structure and facilitate funding for qualifying Indian companies and projects, including opportunities supported by Indian properties, operating assets, business cash flows or other acceptable security structures.

BLACKBULL is particularly interested in professionals capable of taking transactions from initial investor identification through structuring, due diligence, negotiation and funding closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise and arrange capital for qualifying Indian companies, businesses and projects through Dubai and international investor relationships.
- Develop relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private-credit funds, investment companies, corporate institutions and strategic capital partners.
- Structure equity, debt, private credit, structured finance, asset-backed finance, project finance and strategic investment transactions.
- Evaluate financing opportunities where Indian properties or business assets may support financing, potentially targeting financing requirements of up to approximately 40% of independently assessed eligible asset value, subject entirely to lender/investor underwriting, valuation, security, regulatory requirements and transaction structure.
- Develop commercially viable investor-return structures, which may include interest, investment returns, equity participation, revenue/profit sharing or hybrid structures where legally and commercially appropriate.
- Establish international investor relations and institutional collaborations for large-ticket projects.
- Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, financial models, information memorandums, project reports, due-diligence materials and investor presentations.
- Negotiate term sheets and coordinate transactions with legal, tax, valuation, banking and compliance professionals.
- Build strategic India–UAE business relationships capable of supporting recurring capital formation.
- Support BLACKBULL's proposed development or acquisition of an NBFC platform in India, including identification of potential financial, institutional and strategic partners.
- Develop relationships with Indian banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and corporate finance professionals where relevant to individual transactions.




- Maintain investor relationships after funding and establish professional reporting, governance and transaction-monitoring mechanisms.
- Create a scalable pipeline of Indian projects suitable for presentation to Dubai and international capital providers.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a transaction-oriented fundraising professional, rather than a candidate whose experience is limited to conventional banking operations or general business development.

Applicants should ideally have 10+ years of relevant experience across fundraising, investment banking, project finance, private credit, structured finance, corporate finance, asset-backed financing, institutional investment or investor relations.

Candidates should demonstrate a credible history of originating or executing substantial financing transactions and should understand how to build investor relationships from the initial introduction through financial evaluation and closing.

A strong existing network across Dubai/UAE family offices, investment institutions, private investors, funds, banks, corporate groups and international capital providers will be highly advantageous.

Special Performance Conditions

This position is intended for professionals who can assume measurable responsibility for fundraising and transaction execution.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous transactions, investor/institutional relationships and their proposed strategy for raising capital for Indian projects through Dubai.

BLACKBULL may offer a combination of fixed salary, transaction-linked incentives, performance perks and potential equity participation, depending upon seniority, responsibilities, agreed milestones and actual performance.

The role is hybrid, but the International Business Director will be expected to establish and maintain substantial business and investor relationships in Dubai.

All fundraising, lending, investment solicitation, cross-border capital flows, security creation, NBFC activities and India–UAE structures must be undertaken through appropriately licensed entities and professional advisers and remain subject to applicable UAE and Indian regulatory, tax, foreign-exchange, securities, lending and investment requirements.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can build the bridge between Indian projects and international capital—identifying financeable opportunities in India, structuring credible transactions, developing institutional relationships in Dubai and coordinating each mandate through to successful investment or financing closure.
