We are looking for an experienced International BD Manager to build and manage international employer partnerships and drive overseas hiring opportunities.

Location - Bangalore

Mode - Work from office 6 days working

Prefer - International Placements and Hospitality

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire and onboard employers across GCC, Cruise, Hospitality, Retail & F&B;

Generate confirmed international vacancies and manpower requirements

Manage employer interviews, selections and offers

Drive candidate deployment and repeat hiring

Build strong relationships with International Market and Operations leaders.

What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in International BD / Staffing / B2B Sales

Solid GCC employer network preferred

Proven B2B client acquisition experience

International recruitment/placement experience preferred

Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills

Willingness to travel internationally
