Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in processes, systems, and controls.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide risk advisory services to management on identified risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (e.g., accounting, finance).
- Solid understanding of process audit principles, including process review and analysis.
- Experience with risk assurance methodologies such as COSO ERM or COBIT.
