Internal Auditor

Experience

0.5 years in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Finance, or Compliance (NGO/Development sector experience preferred).

Qualification CA dropout

Key Responsibilities

- Review financial transactions, accounting records, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Audit procurement processes, vendor management, approval workflows, and asset acquisitions.
- Review HR and payroll processes, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, and statutory deductions.
- Verify cash, bank, treasury, FCRA bank operations, and investment management.
- Conduct fixed asset verification and review asset accounting and depreciation.
- Assess compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Review donor agreements, programme fund utilization, and donor compliance requirements.
- Evaluate internal controls, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), segregation of duties, and fraud risks.




- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) reviews, including user access, backups, and data integrity.
- Conduct field audits to assess programme implementation, beneficiary validation, and operational effectiveness.
- Queries discussion, prepare audit reports, present findings, and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, risk management, and internal controls.
- Working knowledge of FCRA, statutory compliances, and donor-funded projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Robust analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
