Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Internal

Auditor will conduct regular financial and operational audits across managed properties to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial records, processes, and controls, preparing audit reports with clear findings and recommendations, and following up on the implementation of corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with finance, operations,



and property-level teams to identify risks, improve internal controls, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

The Internal

Auditor will also assist in developing and refining audit frameworks, checklists, and best practices for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular internal audits of hotel operations and financial processes.
- Review daily revenue, cash, credit transactions, and supporting documents.
- Verify revenue from Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, and other operational departments.
- Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and control weaknesses.
- Prepare audit reports and share observations with management.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Coordinate with Finance and operational teams during audits.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.

Preferred Candidate:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hotel internal audit / finance / night audit will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotel accounting and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
