Role Description:

This is a full-time/part time Intern role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for working from home.

Responsibilities:

- The intern will support day-to-day project activities, including coordinating with team members, assisting in planning and execution of programs, and maintaining documentation and reports.
- Responsibilities may include conducting basic research, preparing presentations or communication materials, and helping with event or workshop logistics.
- Will also assist in data entry,



tracking project progress, and ensuring timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- The role offers opportunities to learn about nonprofit management, community engagement, and operational processes while contributing to the foundation’s mission.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic research, organize information, and prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external partners.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, community development, or nonprofit work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid workplace (on-site in Vadodara and remote).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (such as social sciences, development studies, management, or related areas) is preferred.
