About the Role

Cuemath is scaling its Instagram creator program targeting NRI and South Asian diaspora parents in the US. You'll own creator discovery and outreach end-to-end — finding the right voices, getting them onboarded, and helping scripts land with our audience.

What You'll Do

- Source and shortlist Instagram creators (nano to macro) who reach US NRI / South Asian audiences/ ME/ Australia/FaceBook groups

- Run outreach and negotiate collaborations — rates, deliverables, timelines

- Track outreach pipeline and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

- Vet creators for audience geography (South Asian identity ≠ US NRI audience) using profile and comment-section signals

- Coordinate timing around US time zones for posting, live interactions, and creator check-ins





- Stay on top of Instagram algorithm shifts (Reels reach, Stories, Explore) and adjust posting strategy and creator briefs accordingly

What We're Looking For

- Robust understanding of Instagram as a platform — how reach, engagement, and the algorithm actually work

- Interest in or familiarity with the US NRI / South Asian diaspora community

- Comfortable reaching out cold and negotiating professionally

- Organized — can manage multiple creator conversations at once

- Based in or able to work US hours
