NJob Summary

nThe AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our organization who possess strong Revit and

NCAD skills. Architects should have 3-5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/

Nengineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate in

Nthe final QA/QC process on international projects.

NEssential Duties/ Role and Responsibilities

NDrawing Production:

N- Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction

NDocumentation Sets and others meeting Project owner's expectations (Internal and external).

N- Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and

Nmethods.

- Quality Assurance

- Able to follow company's internal SoPs, client specific CAD/ BIM templates and implement
N

nQuality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction

Ndocuments.

nTeam Working:

N- Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/





NEngineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting

Nprotocols.

- Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.

- Expertise:

- Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.
N

nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

N

- Good understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.
N
- Architectural/ InteriorDesign/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.
N
- Good understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.
N
- Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses.
N
- Valuable written and spokenEnglish is required.

nPreferred Education and Experience

N

- Bachelor's degreein Architecture is preferred with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
N
- Experience in design and documentation of Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering projects New construction and renovation.
