We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with 1–2 years of experience in interior and turnkey projects. The candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed interior layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, and BOQs as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D interior drawings and working layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop furniture, partition, ceiling, flooring, and electrical layouts.
- Prepare drawings based on site measurements, BOQ, design concepts, and project requirements.
- Prepare and update BOQs with quantities, measurements, specifications, and material details.
- Read and understand architectural/design drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Designer, and execution team to ensure practical and accurate drawings.
- Revise and update drawings and BOQs as per site conditions, project changes, and execution requirements.

Required Skills

- Proficiency working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and ability to prepare detailed interior working drawings independently.
- Strong understanding of furniture,



partitions, false ceilings, flooring, electrical, and other interior works.
- Ability to prepare and fill BOQs accurately, including quantities, measurements, materials, and specifications.
- Ability to understand site requirements and convert them into accurate, practical drawings.
- Valuable coordination, communication, attention to detail, and basic MS Excel skills for BOQ and quantity calculations.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, architecture, or turnkey projects.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to understand a project requirement, prepare detailed layouts/working drawings, take or verify site measurements, and independently prepare the related BOQ with minimum supervision. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
