Role Description As an Intern at the founder’s office at KATCH GO, you will support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization in a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, and assisting with data analysis to inform decision-making. You will help coordinate cross-functional projects, organize meetings, and maintain documentation related to business operations and product development.

The role involves close collaboration with the founding team, contributing ideas to improve processes, enhance product features,



and support fundraising or partnership activities. You will also handle ad hoc tasks in areas such as business development, operations, and communication to ensure the smooth functioning of the founder’s office.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Effective communication skills, including concise business writing and confident verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and an aptitude for learning new digital tools quickly.
- Interest in mobility, public transport, or technology-driven solutions, with a willingness to understand the bus ticketing and POS ecosystem.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and take initiative while being open to feedback and guidance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
- Previous internship or project experience in startups, operations, consulting, or product-focused environments is a plus.
