Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of the design intent. The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision of installation and execution, as well as regular client meetings to understand requirements,



present design options, and incorporate feedback.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with the studio team and project stakeholders throughout all stages of design and delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, create, and coordinate technical drawings with project teams.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, including furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior studio or site experience preferred.
- Robust communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with local building codes, materials, and vendor networks in Bengaluru.
