We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, excellent knowledge of space planning and materials, and hands-on experience in developing 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic presentations.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from the initial concept and space planning stage through detailed design, visualization, documentation, and coordination with clients and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional luxury interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models, interior visualizations, and presentations.
- Develop designs based on client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for execution.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly translated into execution.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, presentations, and design proposals.
- Ensure designs meet luxury standards in terms of aesthetics, functionality, detailing, and finishing quality.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, furniture, lighting, and luxury design concepts.

Required Technical Skills The candidate should have strong working knowledge of:




- AutoCAD – 2D drawings and detailed working drawings
- SketchUp – 3D modeling and interior visualization
- 3D Rendering Software – V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / D5 Render or similar
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator / InDesign – added advantage
- MS Office / PowerPoint
- Other relevant interior design and visualization tools

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Experience specifically with luxury residential, premium commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior projects is preferred.
- Robust understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, lighting, and detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D visualization.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Good understanding of construction and interior execution details.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
