Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the 2D & 3D Designer for multiple residential projects.
- Handle projects from client requirements to final design freeze.
- Conduct consultation calls and client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.
- Review and quality-check 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.
- Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and timely deliverables across the team.
- Guide designers on design, technical detailing, materials, and client requirements.
- Maintain robust client communication and coordination throughout the design process.
