We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design concepts and be skilled in 3D modelling, rendering, space planning, and visualization.

The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing 3D models and realistic renders, creating design presentations, and coordinating with clients and project teams to bring designs from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Create accurate 3D models and interior visualizations.
- Produce high-quality and realistic 3D renders for client presentations.
- Select and propose suitable materials, colours, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other team members.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and suitable for execution.
- Assist in preparing material specifications and quantity requirements when required.
- Visit project sites when necessary to understand site conditions and support design execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, 3D models, renders, and revisions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and space planning.




- Good knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering.
- Proficiency in software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render or similar rendering software
- Photoshop and/or other design presentation tools
- Ability to create realistic interior renders and 3D visualizations.
- Good understanding of furniture, materials, lighting, colours, and finishes.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in interior design and 3D visualization is preferred.
- Portfolio of interior design and 3D modelling/rendering work is required.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can handle the complete design process—from understanding client requirements and developing concepts to creating 3D models, realistic renders, and execution-ready drawings. Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interiors will be an added advantage.
