nStudio Scintilla is an end-to-end interior design and execution studio, established in 2016 and powered by Craftsville, our own in-house modular factory.

nWith 150+ homes delivered, we create bespoke residential interiors from modular kitchens and wardrobes to complete home transformations backed by our in-house 3D design and execution capabilities.

nWe're looking for an Interior Design Consultant who can bring together design understanding, client relationship skills, and a strong sales mindset.

nYOUR ROLE

nYou'll be the face of Studio Scintilla for prospective clients taking them from their first conversation to a signed project.

nYou'll understand their lifestyle and requirements, translate their ideas into a transparent design direction, present concepts and materials, discuss budgets, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close.

nWHAT YOU'LL OWN

nClient Consultation

- Manage clients from first inquiry through the sales process
n
- Understand lifestyle, requirements, preferences, and budgets
n
- Develop clear design briefs and manage client communication
n
- Build trust and confidently guide clients through decisions
n

nDesign & Presentations

n

n
- Create compelling mood boards and client presentations
n
- Present portfolios, executed projects, concepts, and material options
n
- Tailor presentations to make each client's vision feel personal and tangible
n

nSales & Commercial

n

n
- Own the sales cycle — follow-up → consultation → proposal → negotiation → closing
n
- Prepare accurate quotations and budget proposals
n
- Handle objections around budget, design, and timelines
n
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
n

nCollaboration

n

n




- Work closely with design, 3D, catalogue, execution, sales, and marketing teams
n
- Ensure client requirements and quotations are realistic and deliverable
n
- Bring client feedback and market insights back to the team
n

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Robust understanding of interior design, styles, materials, and residential interiors
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience creating mood boards, presentations, or proposals
n
- Understanding of quotations, budgeting, and project scope
n
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
n
- Ability to qualify leads and manage follow-ups/pipeline
n
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools
n
- Working knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools
n
- Understanding of the interior design/execution process
n
- Comfortable with client meetings and site visits
n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and qualified
n

nEXPERIENCE

n1–3 years of experience in:

n

- Interior design sales / consulting
n
- Real estate sales
n
- Furniture / modular interiors
n
- High-ticket B2C sales
n

nA Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

nPrior experience in interior design, modular furniture, or real estate is strongly preferred.

nCandidates from strong sales backgrounds with a genuine understanding of interiors are also encouraged to apply.
