Intercompany Senior Analyst

Role Summary Intercompany Senior Analyst responsible for managing cash application, accounts receivable reconciliations, customer refund processing, and investigation of payment discrepancies. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, AR/AP processing, and JD Edwards (JDE), while ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting end-to-end O2C, P2P, and R2R processes Key Skill Sets • Strong Intercompany Accounting experience • Intercompany reconciliations and settlements • Accounts Receivable (AR) processing and reconciliation • Cash Application and Payment Allocation • Customer Refund Processing • Investigation and resolution of payment discrepancies • AR/AP processing and reconciliation activities • End-to-end Intercompany process expertise • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) (Mandatory) • Knowledge of O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes • Month-end and Year-end close support • Internal Controls and Compliance understanding • Stakeholder Management and Communication skills • Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement initiatives • Analytical and problem-solving skills • SAP FI-CO exposure (Preferred) • BlackLine experience • BSA knowledge (Preferred) Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline • 5 to 7 years of relevant Intercompany Accounting experience • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Customer Refund Processing, and Reconciliation activities • Proven experience in Intercompany AR/AP processing, reconciliations, and settlements • Strong hands-on operational experience with JD Edwards (JDE) • Experience working in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments preferred • Exposure to SAP FI-CO and BlackLine is an added advantage • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple priorities • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred
