- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency medical services when required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medication administration, and test results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience as an Intensivist/Critical Care Specialist or equivalent role.
- Medical degree (MBBS) followed by MS/MD/DNB/DM in relevant specialty such as Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, General Medicine, Emergency Medicine.
- Solid knowledge of critical care medicine principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
