 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding automobile insurance policies.

 Assist clients with new policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

 Handle inquiries related to coverage, premium, claims process, and documentation.

 Follow up with clients for policy renewals, premium payments, and required documents.

 Coordinate with the claims and underwriting teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

 Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and generate activity reports.

 Educate clients on policy features, perks, and add-on covers to ensure best-fit recommendations.

 Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products or services.

 Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.

 Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to improve retention and loyalty.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
