Must Have Skills
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Internship, academic, or qualified experience creating learning materials or training content.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resource
