About the Role

We're looking for a Learning Content Specialist who can manage the complete process of converting approved learning content into well-structured, high-quality digital courses covering PPT/course content production, storyboard formatting, audio and video QA, LMS uploading, course setup, platform testing, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create course decks using approved content and locked master templates
- Format storyboards and support the course/curriculum production process
- Create AI-generated audio/voiceovers and perform audio quality checks
- Review videos against approved scripts to ensure content, audio, visuals, and sequence are correct
- Create and manage course shells on the LMS
- Upload course content (presentations, videos, PDFs, SCORM packages, assessments, etc.)
- Manage course metadata (title, description, modules, duration, learning objectives, tags)
- Publish courses on the LMS after completing all required checks
- Perform course and platform QA to ensure smooth functionality
- Check template compliance, formatting, rendering, links, buttons, navigation, and other elements
- Identify, document, and coordinate correction of errors before publishing
- Perform final checks and provide LMS/course sign-off before go-live




- Coordinate with content, instructional design, multimedia, and technology teams

What We're Looking For

- 24 years' experience in Learning Content, E-Learning, Course Production, LMS, or related field
- Experience in E-Learning/EdTech/Digital Learning preferred
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and course publishing
- Positive understanding of PPT/courseware development and formatting
- Experience with storyboard formatting and content production
- Basic understanding of audio/video QA
- AI audio/voice generation tool experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple courses/tasks within timelines

Preferred Candidates

- Immediate joiners / short notice period
- Based in Noida / Delhi NCR
- Hands-on experience in LMS, digital course production, and e-learning QA
