About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a dental practice in Canada. You will contact prospective patients who have submitted enquiries through Google Ads and Meta campaigns, understand their requirements, and convert these enquiries into booked dental appointments.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, empathetic with patients, and consistent with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call new leads generated through Google Ads and Meta campaigns promptly.
- Understand patient enquiries and explain the practices services using clinic-approved information.
- Book appointments and coordinate availability with the dental clinic.
- Follow up with patients who have not yet booked or need to reschedule.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders to help improve attendance.
- Address common questions about appointments, services, and payment options; refer clinical questions to the dental team.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM or appointment management system.
- Meet agreed targets for lead response, follow-ups,



appointment bookings, and conversions.
- Handle patient information confidentially and follow the clinic’s communication procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, lead conversion, or appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate with Canadian patients.
- Solid listening, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently without being pushy.
- Comfortable using CRM software, calling systems, and scheduling tools.
- Willingness to work from the Malad office during Eastern Time business hours.

Good to Have

- Previous experience as a dental sales representative, dental appointment setter, or patient coordinator.
- Experience handling enquiries for Canadian or North American dental practices.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and converting leads generated through Google Ads or Meta campaigns.
