We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, customer requirement analysis, prospect research, online demonstrations, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.

- Understand customer needs and document detailed requirements.

- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.

- Qualify sales opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.

- Maintain and expand the database of prospects and customer information.

- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close opportunities.

- Conduct effective online product or service demonstrations for prospects.





- Execute email campaigns and follow up with prospects regularly.

- Maintain accurate client and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any UG or PG degree; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales preferred.

- Solid experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong phone presence and customer engagement skills.

- Ability to create effective sales emails and campaigns.

- Experience using social networking platforms for business development.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and client database management.

- Proficiency with corporate productivity and online presentation tools.

- Solid listening, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.
