Job Summary

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (Solution Specialist Executive) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, customer interaction, and technology solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating solutions, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to prospective customers.
- Manage assigned leads and ensure regular follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain follow-up records and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of IT and software concepts.
- Good presentation, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn technology products and sales processes.
