Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing Fintech team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our field sales representatives, backend operations, and clients. You will be responsible for driving inside sales through lead generation and managing the sales pipeline, processing orders, and maintaining flawless database records and performance reports.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and closures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate and follow up with the client on sales leads, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints over calls & emails.
- Maintaining an updated record of all-key customer information in the database.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the sales head.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.




- Support sales head by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports & presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales
- Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand IT / software solutions (banking domain preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
