About The Proteinest The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand, trust & relationships rather than ad spend. A lot of that growth comes from talking to the right people and turning conversations into customers, which is where this role sits.

The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who is genuinely good with people and driven to close. This is a mix of inbound and outbound sales, with a real focus on cold outreach. You will speak to warm leads, reach out cold to people who should know us & guide them to the right product with confidence.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the conversation and is not afraid to start one from scratch. If you can send a cold message or make a cold call without hesitation, handle an objection without losing the person, and keep yourself motivated without someone standing over you, you will do well here.

What You'll Own

- Run cold outbound outreach over call, email & WhatsApp to generate new leads and open new conversations.
- Handle inbound leads, understand what the customer needs & guide them to the right product.




- Handle objections with patience and clarity, and turn hesitation into trust.
- Follow up consistently, so no lead or conversation slips through the cracks.
- Build and grow a community around the brand, and keep it active and engaged.
- Keep clean records of your leads, conversations & what is converting. This will be a number driven role.

What We're Looking For

- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, covering both inbound and outbound.
- Genuine comfort with cold outreach. Cold calls, cold emails & cold DMs do not scare you.
- Strong communication skills. People trust you quickly, both in writing and on a call.
- Comfortable handling objections and staying calm when the answer is not an immediate yes.
- Self-motivated. You own your targets and keep yourself moving without being pushed.
- Experience in lead generation.
- Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram.

Nice to Have

- Experience building or growing communities.
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, wellness, or health.
- Experience selling a D2C or consumer product.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster.
