We're Hiring: Inside Sales / Account Executive – Industrial Lubricants

About Us

Jinharh Industrial Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-based industrial products company supplying lubricants and engineering solutions to B2B clients. We're growing our sales team and looking for a driven Inside Sales professional to manage key customer accounts.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts
- Handle customer enquiries via calls & email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right lubricant products
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close orders
- Identify upselling and repeat-business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse & logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Track enquiries, orders and deliveries end-to-end
- Maintain customer records, CRM/ERP data and sales reports




- Support the field sales team with follow-ups

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years in Inside Sales / Account Management / B2B Sales
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering preferred — candidates with strong B2B industrial sales experience and other technical/commerce backgrounds also encouraged to apply
- Experience in Lubricants, Industrial Products, or Engineering Products a strong plus
- Valuable communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Email, and CRM/ERP tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
