Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter role at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for IT and technical positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection steps with hiring managers.

This role involves building talent pipelines, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Recruiter will regularly collaborate with leadership to understand evolving technical staffing needs, refine job requirements, and support workforce planning. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data, using digital platforms and tools to attract talent, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand technical roles and skill sets.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Hands-on experience in Hiring and Recruiting for a range of technical and support positions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms to attract and engage candidates.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in fast-paced, growing organizations; experience in the beauty, fashion, or service industry is an advantage.
