Asset Executive

Location : Gurugram

Experience Required: 1.6 years(Minimum

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage complete Asset Lifecycle Tracking from procurement to disposal.
- Handle Asset Receiving and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform Asset Onboarding and maintain updated asset records.
- Manage Asset Requests including allocation, deallocation, and retrieval.
- Maintain and track Hardware Inventory with accurate records in the system.
- Conduct Physical Asset Verification on a regular basis.
- Monitor and update Asset Warranty Tracking to ensure timely renewals/replacements.
- Prepare and maintain IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Reports .
- Oversee Asset Disposal Management in compliance with company policy.




- Support audits by providing up-to-date inventory and asset management reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth End-to-End Asset Request Management .
