Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Engineer role based in Indore.

The Information Technology

Engineer will manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring high availability and performance for construction and project teams. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and monitoring network security and system health. The role involves configuring and maintaining local area networks, implementing security protocols, and coordinating with vendors for IT hardware, software, and services. The engineer will document procedures, maintain asset inventories,



support technology upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT infrastructure and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology with experience in managing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Hands-on skills in Networking, including configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, and LAN/WAN environments.
- Knowledge of Network Security practices, such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, access control, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), standard office applications, and IT asset management.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-based environments is beneficial.
