Role Description The Information Technology Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for defining and owning product vision and roadmaps for Pakt’s AI hiring and ATS solutions, with a focus on IT and platform capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing business and technical requirements, translating user needs into clear product specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, data,



and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

The Product

Manager will analyze product performance and user behavior, run experiments, and use data to guide feature enhancements and recent initiatives. The role also involves managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating product launches, and ensuring that Pakt’s technology solutions remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Management skills, including roadmap ownership, requirement definition, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid Information Technology background, with understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, data systems, and technical constraints.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with Business Requirements and Business Process design, mapping user journeys and optimizing workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, recruitment software, or AI/ML-powered products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch in an agile environment.
