/ Techno Functional consultant.
- Lead/Worked on the implementation and configuration of

INFOR WFM (WorkBrain) 2022/230424 versions to meet client specific requirements.
- Understanding of core WorkBrain modules - Time and

Attendance, Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization, Schedule Fairness, Fixed Shifts, Schedule an Event, Time off Request, Shift Trade, Employee

Borrow, Employee Availability and Labor Budgeting.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business

requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Develop custom reports , interfaces and integrations

with other enterprise systems as needed.
- Analyzed the custom code and document the behavior

which will be used in requirements gathering phase.
- Transitioned with all client requirements, prepared

detailed Test Scenarios followed by test cases and get it approved by the client, created Test Data.
- Should be knowledgeable for a full lifecycle

implementation and/or upgrade.
