Role : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, enhance, and support SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules based on business and HR process requirements.
- Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, integration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SuccessFactors best practices.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support project planning,



documentation, and delivery activities.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning Management.
- Robust understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors functionality.
- Experience in SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and data migration.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred :

- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and third-party HR system integrations.
- Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
- Exposure to SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA integration.
