Role & responsibilities -

- Identify and discover relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.

- Reach out to influencers and onboard creators for campaigns and affiliate programs.

- Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding to completion, including briefs, deliverables, timelines and approvals.

- Maintain regular communication with influencers and ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.

- Coordinate scripts, concepts, shoots, edits, approvals and content publishing.

- Coordinate with creators, videographers, editors, designers and internal teams for content production.

- Support influencer events, brand activations, shoots and on-ground production.

- Assist with YouTube channel operations, content planning, production scheduling and publishing.

- Maintain campaign and influencer trackers using Google Sheets/Excel.

- Follow up with creators and internal teams to ensure all projects and deliverables are completed on time.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organised, proactive and execution-oriented.





- Comfortable speaking with influencers and handling regular follow-ups.

- Good internet research and influencer discovery skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.

- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social media platforms.

- Comfortable using Google Sheets and MS Excel.

- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, production or event operations is preferred.

- Candidates who are comfortable working from office and coordinating with multiple teams will be preferred.

- Freshers with relevant skills and a solid interest in influencer marketing may also apply.
