TARGET CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–4 years in influencer or creator marketing

Solid campaign execution skills

Existing relationships with creators and talent managers

Beauty, personal care, wellness or D2C experience preferred.

- Experience: 2–4 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or a closely related role, with substantial direct campaign ownership.
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana. In office, five days a week, with travel for shoots, events and creator meetings when required.
- Employment: Full time. Probation of six months. No bond and no lock in. Statutory PF and gratuity apply.
- Reports to: D2C Lead.
- Works with: Brand, Performance Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and Operations.
- Start date: Immediate joining preferred.

What you will actually own These are the operating responsibilities that will sit with you:

- Creator pipeline: finding, evaluating and shortlisting relevant macro, micro, nano, regional, expert and emerging creators.
- Campaign execution: moving campaigns from objective and brief through outreach, negotiation, content approval, publishing, payment and closure.
- Creator relationships: building a dependable direct network of creators, talent managers and agencies rather than relying only on databases.
- Creator content engine:



securing credible content that can work organically and, where appropriate, be reused across paid media, product pages and commerce.
- Performance learning: tracking results, identifying what worked or failed and applying those lessons to the next campaign. What we are looking for
- Direct ownership: you have personally executed influencer campaigns end to end, not only passed briefs between a brand and an agency.
- A working network: you already have relationships with creators, talent managers or creator agencies and know how to build new ones quickly.
- Execution discipline: you are organised with briefs, deliverables, trackers, approvals, deadlines, contracts, invoices and payments.
- Strong content judgment: you can recognise the right creator, a credible integration, a weak hook and an overly scripted brief.
- Commercial fluency: you can negotiate confidently, protect value and explain whether a creator or campaign was worth the spend.
- Analytical discipline: you are comfortable with spreadsheets, performance reviews, attribution limitations and honest analysis after each campaign.

High ownership: you care whether creator work builds demand and contributes to growth, not merely whether the content goes live.
