Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research relevant influencers across social media platforms.
- Reach out to creators and pitch them for onboarding with the agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Coordinate with creators for campaigns, deliverables, and brand requirements.
- Maintain updated creator databases and onboarding records.
- Track creator performance, content traction, and brand collaborations.
- Support the team in matching creators with relevant brand campaigns.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube & the creator ecosystem.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good research and relationship-building skills.
- Fresher graduates with a keen interest in influencer marketing are welcome.
