About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and people-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

If you understand social media trends, love discovering creators, enjoy building relationships, and can manage campaigns from ideation to execution, this role is for you.

You will work closely with brands, influencers, creators, agencies, and the Founder’s Office to execute impactful influencer campaigns and strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities✨ Plan and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery

✨ Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and talent

✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent

✨ Coordinate campaign briefs, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups

✨ Communicate with brands, clients, creators, agencies, and internal teams

✨ Assist with brand collaborations, PR activities, and strategic partnerships

✨ Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and ensure timely execution

✨ Assist with social media, content planning, and digital marketing initiatives

✨ Coordinate influencer shoots, events, brand activations, and collaborations

✨ Travel for shoots, events, meetings, and campaign requirements when required

✨ Stay updated with social media trends, creators, content formats,



and emerging platforms

What We’re Looking For✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong interest in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, PR & Branding

✔ Confident, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

✔ Comfortable communicating with creators, brands, and agencies

✔ Valuable knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms

✔ Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, Google Workspace/MS Office is a plus

✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ 0–2 years of experience — freshers with exceptional communication and creative skills are welcome
