About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, strong knowledge of social media and creator trends, and the ability to manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across platforms.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and campaign coordination.
- Coordinate with influencers on briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
- Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
- Manage influencer commercials, budgets, and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance and prepare campaign reports and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creator networks.




- Monitor social media trends and identify new creators and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal creative, social media, and account teams for smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with influencers/creators, preferably across micro, macro, and celebrity categories.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and current creator trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of influencer campaign execution and reporting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach.
- Agency experience is preferred.
