Key Responsibilities
- Scout, evaluate, and shortlist approximately 70-80 influencers per month according to specific campaign needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
- Analyze influencer performance and campaign effectiveness to optimize future collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to enhance campaign strategies.
- Manage communication and negotiations with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing,
or Digital Marketing, preferably from an agency background.
- Proven existing network of influencers, creators, talent managers, or agencies.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
