Role Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Campaign Associate to work directly under our Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between HealthSense and content creators, micro-influencers, and wellness advocates. If you live and breathe Instagram Reels, know what is trending, and excel at building relationships online, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Scour Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube daily to identify and connect with relevant health, fitness, and lifestyle creators.
2. Relationship Building: Pitch collaboration ideas, send direct messages/emails, negotiate basic terms, and onboard creators for product seeding and campaign collaborations.
3. Campaign Coordination: Manage product dispatches, ensure creators receive their HealthSense products on time, and track content publishing schedules.
4. Content Monitoring & Reporting: Track live posts,



stories, and reels; maintain an organized database of creator contacts, engagement rates, and performance metrics.
5. Trend Spotting: Keep up with current social media trends, viral audio, and competitor activity to pitch fresh campaign ideas to the creative team.

Key Requirements & Qualifications a) Recent graduate or fresher with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or relevant practical experience in social media. b) Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (confident pitching via DMs, emails, and phone calls). d) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations and tracking sheets simultaneously.
