Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, UPS and other utility systems.

- Monitor and maintain building infrastructure and utility equipment.

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within the required time.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service technicians.

- Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely servicing of equipment.

- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, service reports and equipment logs.

- Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, pumps, water systems, lighting and other utilities.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.

- Monitor utility consumption such as electricity and water and identify areas for reduction.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other facility teams for smooth operations.

- Prepare daily/monthly maintenance reports and submit them to management.

- Handle emergency breakdowns and coordinate immediate corrective action.

- Ensure proper availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
